2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, plus 2 fold out single beds and travel cot that can be placed in any room. King size sofa bed available in the ground floor TV room. There are 4 ensuite bathrooms with a fifth bathroom downstairs.

Coldingham bay with surf shop and hire plus beach café is just 3 minutes walk away. There are also many beautiful beaches within a short drive.

The house has a log burner and a starter pack of logs, kindling and fire lighters are provided. Electricity and heating is included.

A beautiful conservation village with over a thousand years of local history is just a 15 minute walk away. It has a local village shop and two pubs, The New Inn and The Anchor, both serving lunch and evening meals.
Outdoor Space
Large front garden with table, umbrella and seating plus a barbecue. There is also a back garden with a bench and amazing sea views.
Scotland’s Golf Coast
Eyemouth Golf club is 7 minutes drive away. Goswick, a championship golf course, and Duns golf course are both just 20 minutes away.
