The dining room is wonderfully light and airy overlooking the front gardens and has an oak sideboard and three-seater leather sofa. The large table seats 10 plus there is a highchair and booster seat.

TV/games room
Over-looking the sea, the TV/games room has 42inch Smart TV with freeview. A king-sized sofa bed and armchair plus two bean bags and a toy box. A Game Cube is also available for use. If required, this room can be used as a bedroom for guests who cannot use the stairs. The ground floor shower room is opposite.
